Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with Tax Certification (Brevet A & B).

Preparing comprehensive monthly management tax reports by providing management tax and compliance reports, and reviewing an Annual Corporate Tax Report.

Min. 3 years experience in Taxation/Accounting.

Have knowledge in Accounting, National & Regional Tax.

Reporting to the Tax Senior Manager.

Tax Certification (Brevet A & B).

o Monitor changes in tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements in Indonesia and ensure compliance with them.

o Assist in implementing tax planning initiatives while considering tax risks and compliance requirements.

o Ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax liabilities, tax provisions, and tax-related financial information.

o Conduct internal trainings and workshops to enhance tax awareness and knowledge within the organization.

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Tax or Finance

· 5 years of experience in Tax

Bachelor degree qualifications in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or close areas;

At least 2 years of experience in taxes

Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations

Have eagerness to learn new things related with tax or other matters that can support the job responsibilities

Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel), SAP

Coordinate with another secondee and help to print the tax documents / letter to be signed by Director

Pendidikan Min. D3/S1 Accounting, TAX

Memiliki Sertifikat Brevet A & B ( menjadi nilai plus)

Mampu Melakukan pengelolaan perpajakan ( Mulai dari pencatatan, pembayaran, hingga pelaporan perpajakan perusahaan )

Mampu membuat ekualisasi pajak bulanan

Mampu memastikan seluruh transaksi perpajakan di perusahaan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku

Mampu menghitung pajak badan perusahaan

Manage and maintain the company’s tax database every month.

A minimum of 3 years experience as a tax accountant or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes.

Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (Preferable fluent in Mandarin)

Tax and Account Officer Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in taxation

Has knowledge of tax regulations (PPh Article 4(2), PPh23, PPh26, DGT Form, COR, etc.)

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

Prepare PPh23, PPh26, PPH Final and PPH 25 Payment

Prepare SPT reports of PPh23, PPh26, PPh Final

Prepare & send tax evidence to Local Vendor and Overseas

Manage appropriate relationships with statutory tax officers in terms of statutory tax audit and external/statutory requirement/reporting.

Prepare and manage Tax provision and Compliance process to ensure all obligations and risks are addressed.

Minimum 3 years in job-related experience in tax or tax consultant firm (supervisory level).

Have excellent knowledge of tax regulations and laws in Indonesia.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulousness.

Have excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa (written and spoken)

Preferably have a 4 year experience in Tax.

Reconciliate and recap PPh Pasal 21 and 26.

Creating report for PPh Pasal 23.

Minimum bachelor's degree from Accounting, Taxation, or other related fields.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Willing to work from office (Sequis Tower, SCBD, South Jakarta).

Minimal 3 years relevant experience in Tax, preferred in the tax consulting firm;

Have strong knowledge and a good understanding of filing and reporting monthly and annual tax;

Have strong knowledge in accounting & tax accounting;

Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Have Brevet A and B certification

Review or prepare (if needed) all phases of the Tax Compliance such as Monthly reporting

2-3 years experiences as an accounting & tax in KAP / consultant & corporate

Computer literate, especially in Ms. Excel and experience using accounting systems

Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts

Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance

Act as a liaison with the company's Tax Consulting Firm

Minimum Bachelor degree of Accounting/Tax from reputable university & minimal GPA 3.00

Review E-billing and proceed payment request to Finance

Support Tax Assistant manager in preparing CITR & TP docs

A. Min. years of work experience : 3 years

- Have experience using Accounting Software

- Has thorough knowledge of PSAK and Tax Law

- Moderate to advance skills using Microsoft excel

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and filing related to tax.

Provide support to other departments as required, including HR, finance, and operations.

2+ year of experience in tax preparation and/or tax administration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly tax reporting for clients.
