Perform pre-screening calls and interview to analyze applicants’ abilities

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a recruiter, either in-house or as an external recruiter

Experience in IT recruitment and familiar with technical term is a plus

Experiencer in IT Headhunter is a plus

Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skill

Responsible to assist MPP fulfillments.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify the specific skill sets needed for open roles

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management

Strong analytical thinking and time management

Minimum 2 years experience in end-to-end recruitment process as Tech Recruiter or having experience in Startup Company

Strong communication and negotiating skills

Experience in social media for employer branding activity is a plus
