Involved in overall SDLC - requirement gathering, design, test, deploy/release, data migration, project management

1. Responsible for the operation of Retail Management for POSM design/ Production/ Retail Deployment.

4. Brand store Management - Responsible on Brandstore expansion, store renovation, store agreement, P&L

6. Field Force management - Responsible on Hiring / Execution / KPI Setting and agency management.

5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably with exposure to the consumer electronics industry

Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover.

Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements

Has experience in SAP S/4 HANA would be a plus

Advise clients on industry/ cross-industry leading practices. Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and functions

Design target state SAP solutions for clients. Influence clients’ thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state

Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution

· Facilitate meetings and workshops/trainings with customers for the Management, Product Marketing, and Industry Management as required.

· Manage existing customers and develop new customers.

· Maintain a sound technical/application knowledge base on all products.

· Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, or equivalent qualification

· Minimum 5years of experience in industrial electrical component sales.

· Experience in Industrial Control Equipment products will be a plus.

Minimum 2 years of experience as YouTube Channel Manager / Creator Development

Analyse, optimize & implement high impact video monetization strategy

Supporting Marketing Teams on Audience Development strategy on Video platforms

Identify New Trends and Opportunities

Research and present new trends in video ; including topics, format, content rollout, and audience consumption behaviour amongst others.

2 - 3 years of experience as YouTube Channel Manager / Creator Development.

Educate and on-boarded the producers on product knowledge such as YouTube analytics, YouTube Policies and Copyrights, etc.

A team player with positive attitude, investigative mindset, clear communication, attention to detail skills.

Daily video optimization/analyzation support for producers including maximizing watch time hours, platform engagement, audience growth, monetization growth, and community interaction, etc.

Elaboration of Business Reviews, Optimization Plan, Channel Audit, Analysis, and support Sales team in potential acquisition targets

Implement strategies and Best Practices for artists’ and labels’ channels across video platforms.
