Act as a single Point-of-Contact for users and stakeholders related to internal demands for system development in KB Bukopin

Coordinate with users and stakeholders in gathering information in order to understand business needs and assess impacts

Strong knowledge of the higher education landscape and understanding of the challenges universities face.

Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities and ensure that all sales activities are tracked and reported accurately using CRM.

Develop and execute a B2B2C sales strategy that aligns with our overall business goals and objectives.

Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

5 years of hands on project management experience

Develop and implement project management policies and procedures.

Communicate with Board of Directors, senior management, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for PMO initiatives

Provide guidance and direction to project managers and teams.

Coordinate and manage the resources of the PMO, including staff, budget, and equipment.

Naturally composed, half technocrat, half diplomat, sound people and negotiation skill.
