Hospitality Sales experience, min 5 years (MANDATORY)

Experience in hotel industry, able to do sales presentation

Good analytical ability with excellent negotiation, sales and presentation skill

Represent Madeira in a professional manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experience

Proficient in English oral and writing will be an advantage

Have connection or network with decision maker in hotel industry is a plus

Having experience in sales upselling is a plus

Understanding basic concierge & F&B Business

Highly motivated, and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales.

Proficiency in conversational English is a must

Presenting and promoting additional villa services to in-house villa guests

Excellent organisational, time-management skills and great at teamwork

Direct and manage all group, transient, and catering/banquet sales activities to maximise revenue for the hotel

Manage/direct all advertising, public relations and promotional activities in conjunction with corporate marketing and public relations department

Be fully responsible for managed accounts including contracting, updating profile and renewing contracts

Analyse monthly P&L and month-end reports, identify deviation from business plan goals

Survey, review and analyse competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligence

Have good analytical and logical skills.

Good communication skill in English (both spoken & written)

Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures. Attend required manager development training

Min. diploma/bachelors degree graduates, preferably from communication.

Being proactive and have a high sense of persuasive manner.

Good communication in English and Bahasa

Work with Finance and the other team in preparation and management of the department's budget and financial forecasts.

Minimum 8-9 years working experiences in a similar role, with at least 5 years experience in a leadership role.

A team player with good interpersonal skills and result driven.

Communication skills in both writing and presentation in English.
