Memeriksa dan memastikan bahwa izin-izin/lisensi dan dokumen-dokumen wajib/legalitas perusahan tersedia dan diperpanjang tepat waktu

Meninjau semua kontrak perusahaan dengan pihak lain

Berkomunikasi dan berdiskusi terkait Perjanjian/Kontrak dan masalah hukum dengan vendor /klien / partner (jika diperlukan)

Melakukan Legal Due Diligence (LDD) untuk mengetahui apakah perusahaan telah menjalankan usahanya sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku

Memahami tentang proses pembuatan atau perubahan anggaran dasar, dan lain-lain

Good Knowledge of the legal industry, (legal research, legal terminology, and case management practices),

Bachelor Law with 2+ year's experience,

Having experience in drafting and reviewing a legal document

Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English,

Having experience in Feedmill / Poultry company is a plus

Having experience in Industrial Relation issues is a plus

Manage Standard Operational Procedures of Corporate Legal function.

Manage documents and legal database.

Minimum 2 years experience as a Business Legal Counsel

Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedure

Excellent written and communication skills in English and Indonesian language

Assist founders with legal due diligence for fundraising.

Have some experience in Islamic organizations or courses during study or during previous work.

Minimum experience, 1 Year (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

Drafting and reviewing Corporate Agreement

Understand Laws and Regulations related to Company Law, Foundation Law, and Contract.

A minimum of 4 years of experience as Legal Staff/Officer in a company (preferably FMCG) or in an established law firm

Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English (verbal & written)

Excellent negotiating and drafting skills

Have a strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters

Provide pragmatic legal counsel to the business.

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements with 3rd parties.
