3+ years of IT Professional experience in Solution Management, Project Management, Product Management or Service Management area

Build a solution vision and roadmap that supports business strategies; clearly articulating the expected business outcomes, timelines and accountabilities

Hands-on experience in one of the front-end web technologies HTML/5, CSS, JavaScript (i.e., React.js)

Working knowledge of server-side technologies Tomcat, Apache Http, Solr, etc.

Strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Professional scrum certification (Product owner, Scale, Agile Leadership) is a plus

Perform integration/customization for any proposed application/solution

Have good analytical and logical thinking

Proven experience in a business analysis or solution development role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert raw data into actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Problem Understanding and Solution Development by gaining a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and challenges.

Analyze raw data and extract meaningful insights to identify potential solutions.

Min 3+ Years of experience in related field.

Experience in writing proposals and responding to RFPs and RFIs.

Familiarity with IoT solution sales cycles, pricing models, and contract negotiation

Must have Bachelor's Degree / Diploma.
