Identify and screen key E&S risks associated with the assigned projects against the requirements of IFC’s Performance Standards.

Ability to communicate effectively and concisely in spoken and written English is essential. Additional language skills are advantageous.

Willing and able to travel frequently, sometimes to remote field locations with limited amenities (once Covid-19 travel restriction allow).

Support the E&S component of broad and complex upstream projects for MAS, FIG, INFRA in Asia Pacific, involving multi-disciplinary teams.

Demonstrated experience in project management, including managing team of experts, program budgets and work plans at country level

Key Qualifications (Education, Experience, Technical Competencies):

Lead the GSI team through consultant staff recruitment, training, development, quality control, guidance and performance management

Demonstrated experience with internationally recognized gender, social and poverty analysis concepts, frameworks and tools

Knowledge of Indonesian policies, laws and regulations related to inclusion and gender

Experience with inclusive and gender-focused stakeholder engagement

Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including planning, tracking, and reporting on progress

Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, such as stakeholder mapping, communication planning, and relationship management

Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, including experience working with Excel, Miro, Jira, and other data analysis tools

Knowledge of research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative research methods, data collection, and analysis

Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex environmental information to diverse stakeholders

1)Minimum S-1 Bachelor Degree in Fisheries, with minimum 2 years experience,

3)Experienced in understanding environmental issues in the field of coastal and marine

4)Experienced in understanding issues regarding fishermen, women, gender equality, disability, and indigenous peoples,

Develop presentation to the management of PT SMI for the result of the GESI benchmarking study.

Presenting the result of the GESI benchmarking study to the management of

Presentation materials to be presented to PT SMI’s management.

Having a robust and strong understanding and knowledge of GESI and financial industries is a must.

Existing working relations with the Ministry of Finance and other financial institutions

At least 3 years of experience in the field of gender and development, preferably in the Asia-Pacific region

Experiences in the issues of women peace and security in the context of ASEAN regional inter-governmental process is an advantage

Proven experience facilitating high-level consultative workshops for ASEAN government representatives, dialogue partners, institutions, and civil society organisations (CSOs) in Southeast Asia

Knowledge of the Southeast Asia context related to WPS.

Previous work experience working with high-level government officials in ASEAN would be a strong asset

Excellent programme planning, formulation, implementation, management and monitoring skills, including strong knowledge of results-based management

Strong knowledge of programme development, implementation, results-based management and reporting.

Ability to synthesize programme performance data and produce analytical reports to inform management and strategic decision-making
