Report monthly activity to Sales Manager

Minimum education is Diploma degree, preferably from Secretary, Business, Marketing major

Excellent in English skills in verbal and written

Handle customer complaints by phone, email, mail or social media

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Ongoing training for employees who wish to grow in their careers, acquire skills, and become managers

This remote work opportunity requires residency, and work to be performed, within the State of Arizona.

Demonstrate and maintain current working knowledge of the required BCBSAZ systems, procedures, forms, and manuals
