Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in sales, customer service, or a related field. Experience in the coffee industry is advantageous.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and effectively convey information.

Graduate and 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales support.

Provide varying degrees of support and enhance the lines of communication between the organization and customer to ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinating for inbound shipment to ensure the imported product deliver to warehouse as per plan

Ensures timely shipment document preparation and SAP updating

Coordinating import shipment and complete the necessary LPI system for clearance formality

Outbound local shipment: Preparation and coordinating for shipment documentation and logistics, update SAP & maintaining Reports (Weekly / Monthly)
