Attend, respond and manage customer Inquiries and requests.

Good knowledge in handling social media platforms

Good teamwork skills, communication skills and networking ability

Good English skill (oral and written) is a plus

Good organization and planning skills

Preferably with minimum 1 year- experience in sales and marketing

Higher experience/skill levels may balance lower academic qualifications, and vice versa.

Must have basic knowledge of methods and experience in the maintenance of various equipment associated with primary and utility equipment.

Experience in an overseas/offshore environment is essential, also familiarity with rotating equipment and PLC systems.

Utilize sound judgment when analyzing problems. Solve problems with little or no supervision in a timely and cost effective manner.

Will be aware of procedures and options for identifying sources of information and technical advice.

Work individually or with assigned FSR’s on the preventive/corrective maintenance.

High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

Experience working with customer support.

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through various channels.

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
