Bachelor Degree in Economy, Management, Business Development or other relevant studies (having qualification of Master Degree is an advantage);

At least 5 years of experience in sustainable business development, management or related field

Extensive experience on working with Investment and Market communities would be considered as an asset.

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English as well as well-developed interpersonal skills.

Experience working with a diverse, multicultural population would be considered as an asset.

Ability to work from home and from the office from time to time.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and HR team members.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hiring processes.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience in project management, policy and planning, research and analysis and project design.

Regularly update and consult with GGGI Country Representative and Senior Program Management to ensure and enhance project delivery.

Develop capacity building and knowledge exchange program between key GoI stakeholders and the private sector to support uptake of sustainable mobility

Fluency in English and excellent report writing skills are essential. Fluency in Indonesian and/or Korean, will be an asset.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience outside of home country

Experience in engaging with development partners and other stakeholders to identify and secure funding opportunities

Having managery/supervisory experience and proven ability to motivating, leads, and setup goals

Master or Bachelor of science in related educations

Minimum have 5 years experience in palm oil industry or NGO

Supervises oil palm consultant/team in Berau and East Kalimantan.

Builds strategic, scientific, and technical capacity in the field

Engages local community support for sustainable palm oil and local conservation efforts

Experience in project management, policy and planning, research and analysis and project design.

Monitoring and evaluation of project indicators in line with ODA requirements

At least 8 years of professional experience related to sustainable urban development issues.

Experience in working with the government (national and subnational level) and non-government counterparts on a day-to-day basis in Indonesia is essential.

Experience in engaging with other development partners to explore potential cooperation opportunities and with donors to identify future funding opportunities.

Experience in applying participatory approaches, gender, environmental, and social inclusion safeguards.

Good prioritization and time management skills

Knowledge of energy, waste management and recycling regulations.

Team management and ensuring issues are actively communicated and discussed with the team

A master’s degree in any environmental, electrical or management area is a plus.

Contribute/Organize a pragmatic and effective global knowledge center and know-how sharing sessions regarding standard rules and updates with all regions

Extensive experience on carbon standard and methodology development

- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline, having experiences in Advertising Agency is a plus

- Responsible for Payroll processing and compensation and benefit

- 2-4+ years experience in HR Operation

- Understand & strong knowledge about HR Operation such as Payroll System, Employment Contract, BPJS System, etc

- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and people skills
