Memiliki kartu tanda advokat (KTA);

Memahami penawaran efek melalui layanan urun dana berdasarkan ketentuan POJK.

Membantu leader dalam membuat laporan-laporan atau surat menyurat penyelenggara kepada OJK dan/atau otoritas lainnya; dan

Having experience worked in Tobacco or FMCG Company is a plus

Analytic skills & creative thinking.

At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Settlement of disputes / civil law issues and criminal case reports to the authorities

Violations of orderly administrative law anticipation

Incidental task that requested by superior

Significance Experience in drafting legal documents both in English and Indonesian

Experience in handling factory related permit

Good drafting skills, good analytical, communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skill.

Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law

Hold Certified Advocate License will be advantage

Draft and review various agreements and any other legal documents

Minimum of 5 years of working experience in law firm or in-house legal in financial institutions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Provide legal advice and counsel to the company on a wide range of legal matters

Assist with the negotiation of complex legal documents

Conduct legal research and analysis

Stay up-to-date on legal developments and regulations in the financial services industry

Bertanggung jawab dalam memantau kelancaran proses administrasi di Departemen Akuntansi.

Mengawasi transaksi AR/AP dan buku besar Rekonsiliasi bulanan untuk jurnal akuntansi.

Berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain yang terkait dengan transaksi penjualan dan pembelian.

Mengelola fungsi akuntansi dalam mengolah data dan informasi untuk menghasilkan laporan

Membuat laporan Accounting yang dibutuhkan Perusahaan, secara akurat dan tepat waktu.

Menyusun anggaran dan laporan keuangan secara berkala kepada Manajemen.

Membantu Supervisor untuk mengurus dokumen-dokumen untuk kelengkapan penandatangan PPJB dan pengalihan, AJB

Melakukan penandatangan pengalihan dan PPJB pengawasan langsung oleh Supervisor

Membantu Supervisor untuk melakukan pengarsipan dokumen-dokumen Legal Strata

Pengalaman bekerja 1-2 tahun, fresh graduate dipersilahkan

Dapat mengoperasikan aplikasi Microsoft Office, terutama Word, Excel, dan Powerpoint

Manages external notaries and external legal service providers

Support any related jobs assigned by Legal Manager and/or business stakeholders

Secretarial job like preparing report, systematic filing, follow up projects

At least 5+ years of work experience in reputable law firm

Experience in handling international transaction and having international exposure is a must

Experience in handling M&A, corporate contracts, and/or pharmaceutical and food industry is preferable

Prior experience in the beauty, retail, e-commerce and/or pharmaceutical industry is preferred

Proven negotiation and drafting skills

Oversee And Maintain The Legal Corporate Records And Registries Of The Indonesian Entities

Ability to work independently: Legal staff members should be able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Managing litigation: Legal staff members may assist with managing litigation, including preparing pleadings, managing discovery, and assisting with trial preparation.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations

Experience with contract drafting and negotiation

Strong knowledge of Collective Labour Agreement (PKB), UU CK and Partnership.

At least 4 years of working experience in Outsourcing Industry

Have a good communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Master's Degree in Law would be an advantage

4-6 years of experience in reputable law firms or startups

Extensive experience in M&A and investment deals

Extensive experience in preparing and negotiating agreements

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure

Leading negotiation of transaction documents

Conducting and managing the closing of transactions

Report every day to the head of the Indonesian supply chain on the progress of the on-the-road register management process

Have minimum 3 years experiences in similar position

Processing of documents to government agencies (industry, trade, transportation and police) to register on the road for each truck model

Read government regulations and related ministries on the on-the-road register process

Perform other work related to the process of registering on the road, etc

Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Law

Assisting/coordinating with regulators (Disnaker, Immigration, Bea Cukai, Dept. of Finance, Police, etc.) if needed

Experienced as a legal Officer or compliance staff for min. 1 year

Good Knowledge of the legal industry, (legal research, legal terminology, and case management practices),

Bachelor Law with 2+ year's experience,
