:

• Preparing transaction documents
• Conducting and managing the closing of transactions
• Managing transactions from a legal perspective
• Leading negotiation of transaction documents
• Managing external counsels
• Advising on transaction structures

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in M&A and investment deals
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Extensive experience in preparing and negotiating agreements
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure
• 4-6 years of experience in reputable law firms or startups
