Responsible for people availability for all vacant position in the company, manage people development as well

-Experienced as recruitment in manufacture or retail industry at least 3 years

-Have knowledge about training would be an advantage

-Have experienced in use DISC or any psychological tools

-Fast learner, detail oriented, able to work with target

-Good in communication, proficient in English

Melakukan screening dan menyiapkan kandidat yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang diajukan oleh User

Mengelola sosial media dan job portal perusahaan untuk menunjang kinerja rekrutmen sesuai dengan target

Membina hubungan baik dengan institusi pendidikan untuk mendapatkan calon kandidat yang potensial

Melakukan proses seleksi, test, dan interview kandidat karyawan

Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline, preferably in Psychology, HR Management, or related areas.

Having related working experience in HR Recruitment for a minimum of 2 years; experience at Education Institution/University would be advantageous.

Having Good Knowledge of Updated Regulations in the Human Resources area & Implementation.

Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, detail-oriented, and well-organized multitasking.

Advanced knowledge of Ms. Office, especially in Excell Data Processing.

Support new hire employee orientation

A year or more experience as a recruiter / sales recruiter in Financial Industry is a must

Responsible of end-to-end recruitment process (especially in sales force)

Build new partnership with universities for hiring purposes

Create new initiative to increase database of source and reach recruitment's target

Provide recruitment report in daily, weekly, and monthly bases

Develop modules for development project

A year or more experience as a recruiter / sales recruiter in Financial Industry is a must
