Senior Logistics Coordinator Jobs in Kota Bekasi, West Java

-Experience with ISO Accreditation (internal audit and/or quality management)

-Minimum 5 years experience working in a similar role (eg. director's assistant, company secretary, ISO officer)

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent bilingual Bahasa and English)

-Experience with ERP system (eg. SAP, Oracle Netsuite)

-Support Sales & Service operations (eg. order processing, vendor registration, ISO accreditation etc)

-Coordinate inter-departmental tasks and goals

Four or five years minimum of experience in Palm Oil industry especially in bulk oil logistic

Has a good knowledge of loading points across Indonesia

Has a good knowledge of loading/unloading barges and installations.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, or related field required.

Willing to travel frequently as needed (to loading point areas across Indonesia).

Proven ocean shipping and forwarder coordination experience.

Strong English written and verbal skills.

Flexible working hours: Manage your own schedule (workload estimated at 15-20 hours/week)

Coordinate ocean shipments for on-time delivery.

Collaborate with forwarders for scheduling and cargo pickup.

Monitor shipments, addressing any delays or issues.

Manage Strategic Finance (SF) Budgeting and Cost Management (co-owner) and lead cost saving initiatives

Experience with SAP Transportation Management would be an added advantage

Manage Transportation process like shipment planning, trucking management, etc.

Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Transportation Management, Supply Chain, or related fields

Lead the team to develop functional and sustainable capabilities in operations

Minimum of 10 years working experience in Freight forwarding/Logistics

Strong networking and relationship building skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
