Effectively interface with all levels of the organization to coordinate and oversee all of the people-related and office management activities

Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders

Develop and manage workforce planning strategies

MUST HAVE execution experience in self-performing projects.

MUST HAVE experience in managing direct field labor accommodation and transportation

Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job

Bachelor’s degree in Law/Psychology/Human Resource Management.

Collaborate with HR managers regularly and proactively identify recruiting needs.

Collaborate with external vendor team (Headhunters) for managerial level candidates.

Collaborate with HR managers to develop training material.

Manage employee needs such as correspondence, uniforms and etc.

Manage Promotions, Demotions, Transfers and Layoffs employees.

Min. 1 year of work experiences in Human Resources,

Preferred someone who have experiences in mass recruitment

Willing to travel to other work location or project sites (when required).

Must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users at all levels of an organization.

Good written and verbal communication

Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
