Perform duties in accordance with Project HSES Management Plan and HSES Activity Schedule

Support the HSES Management of Subcontractors and Vendors

Provide HSES support to the management of vessels and offshore operations

Assist in the development of Project offshore safety and environmental management plans and procedures

Assist in interpretation of regulatory requirements and compliance monitoring

2 to 5 years Oil and Gas HSE experience

When needed, act as a reliable resource for crisis communications management, offering swift and effective solutions.

Demonstrated expertise in crisis communications and issues management.

Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in Public Relations, Media Relations, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, advise and mentor a young team.

In-depth knowledge of local media landscape, journalists, and industry trends.

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Previous experience in MDR-TB technical support and/or management of patients

Minimum 7 years of experience, including prior experience with TB, and MDR TB. 10 years preferred.

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and attention to detail.

MD plus certificate in internal medicine or MPH or equivalent.

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and spoken English.

Proven ability to develop effective working relationships.

Engage in pre and post-award contractor management process

Act as a management-level liaison with clients

Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in HSES related field

Extensive experience in a leadership role, cutting across centre of government, delivery, and/or management consulting globally

Experience with project development and project management

Ensure feedback loops between the implementation of our delivery offer with areas like strategy, policy, strategic communications and private office functions

Work with other the sectoral team (e.g. Economic Prosperity) to strengthen our delivery offering when a sectoral lens is required

Highly developed analytical skills that can be deployed in a range of contexts

The ability to work in the face of a range of competing views and priorities, possessing highly developed negotiation skills

5-10 years of experience in nature-based carbon project development and certification with experience leading the Verra registry related process

Experts may have a background in biology, ecology, climate, or environmental sciences / engineering, natural resource management or related field

Additional experience with other structures (e.g. blue carbon, agriculture related) is a plus

Experience collecting, manipulating, analysing and interpreting scientific data, spatial analysis and/or GIS

Professional experience in Southeast / South Asia is essential

Co-develop solutions with the carbon, product and engineering teams including QA/QC, gathering feedback and iterating on offering

Participate in knowledge management, professional development and Firm administrative activities as requested;

Work with Management Team to communicate and promote the Firm to the most important audiences;

Prior Merger & Acquisition and related work experience or knowledge is an advantage.

At least 5 years of PQE and a significant experience in the Indonesian market;

Strong oral and written communication skills in English and ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally;
