Acquiring and growing well-known brands/online sellers for Desty Wholesale in Bandung.

Responsible to establishing, maintaining, expanding close-and-constructive relationship with well known brands/sellers.

Maximizing brands/online sellers to use all our features accordingly (including paid features and any commercial subscription).

Raising awareness and generating transactions volume from brands/sellers.

Working closely with cross function teams to fully support, solve and succeed brands in using Desty Wholesale.

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent

Candidate with more than 8 years of relevant experience would be considered for the senior manager role.

Develop and manage sales plan and strategy, develop sales channel

Minimum 2 years of experience in the agency business, experience in general insurance would be advantageous

Possess good communication skills with agents and with the marketing team

Life Insurance with 5 Years experience background

Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated experience in driven and delivered strong outcomes

Experience in business development/ key account management for at least 1 year

Manage existing partners in Bandung Area, improving existing partners performance to reach their full potential

Extensive business partnering skill and building trusted relationship across multiple stakeholders

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities across complex situations and challenges

Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and provide recommendations for multiple stakeholders within the organization

Experience in acquiring brands and good relationship management.

• Arrange meeting with café or restaurant’s PIC (e.g., Operational Manager, Store Manager, Owner, etc.)

• Have experience in Business Development, Sales, Merchant Acquisition, or similar position

• Good knowledge about F&B and cafes

• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills

• Able to manage administrative tasks (Create reports, proposals, etc.)
