Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and tools, and implement best practices to ensure efficient and effective project execution

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders, and effectively manage project scope, schedule, and budget

Manage project issues and conflicts, and provide timely and effective solutions to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts

Scrum Master for Project Manager Office (PMO)

Define and communicate project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, and ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders

Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)

Working knowledge of product development architecture is preferable

Having certification of Scrum Master (ISM II / PSM II) is preferable

Mentoring and coaching Scrum team to instill agile values and principles and lead by example

Supporting and educating Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog

Minimum 3 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of success in Project Management and/or consulting

Lead teams and manage the planning and grooming of sprints, execute sprints including daily scrum meetings and review sprints

Manage risks to delivery, remove impediments to delivery success

Extensive experience working in an Agile environment

Experience Tracking and reporting financials for small to medium sized projects

Excellent knowledge of scrum techniques and artifacts, such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing and backlog refinement

Has around 3+ years in scrum role; 5+ years in Project Management/Delivery

Excellent knowledge of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to define project requirements, prioritize work, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, leading Agile software development teams in the delivery of complex projects.

Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead discussions, resolve conflicts, and promote collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and ideas clearly and concisely.

Have a good skill of time management and organizational abilities;

Experience in using Project Management tools and Project Documentation Tools is an added Value.

Collaborate cross-functionally to create and manage a roadmap

Strong interpersonal communication skills and analytical skills;

Drive projects from start to finish, working with engineering teams to deliver major features, enhancements, and maintenance

Define and track goals and KPIs relevant to all product releases

Ability to create and present cost analysis reports to upper management

Undergraduate or master’s degree; or equivalent experience

Undergraduate degree or master’s degree or 1+ years of work experience after completing your undergraduate degree
