About Fingerprint For Success (F4S)

We have an open position for a Project Manager Scrum Master role with the following qualification:

Experience in leading at least three full IT project implementations as a Scrum Master

Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum

Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills

Experience working in a stock brokerage firm or in other financial institutions is a plus

Ability to adapt to a changing environment

Enhance your Agile leadership and project management skills.

Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project scope, timelines, and priorities.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development projects.

Strong knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are a plus.

Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
