Co-develop, execute and update new systems to increase quality of founder sourcing in and around Indonesia, and possibly other markets

Organize events and meetings involving potential candidates in and around Indonesia

Own and execute collateral tasks to supplement new systems

Co-develop or support PR, marketing, and other market outreach activities

Coordinate and co-create with the main team in Singapore as well as other stakeholders in the Reapra group.

Coordinate and monitor the implementation of Data Management projects and initiatives, both tactical and long-term, through projects.

Develop solid business cases to justify tactical and stratgic investments in Data Management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams e.g. IT and the business to deliver on Data Management initiatives.

Attend relevant forums to represent Data Management, where needed.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

Professional technical certifications in databases, reporting, Data Analytics and Big Data will be an advantage.

Minimum 2 years hands-on experience and knowledge in lean manufacturing, supply chain, quality standards/regulatory requirements will be added advantage.

Strong in Project Management with proven track record. PMP Certification will be an advantage.

Knowledge and hands-on in Project Management software/tools, ERP System and ISO standards.

Adapt and adjust project management and execution methodology to best leverage the strengths of the organization.

Work with PME (Product Management Executive), sales and technical supports and R&D to ensure feedback/improvement from customers/offices are implemented.

Tertiary education or bachelor’s in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent experience.

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams

Optimize the supply operations, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and relationships with farmers and suppliers

Drive the development and enhancement of offerings, leveraging technology, data analytics, and sustainable practices to meet evolving customer needs

Stay abreast of advancements in agritech, including precision farming, automation, remote sensing, artificial intelligence, and data analytics

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Complete responsibility for management of all phases the CAPEX project.

Manages the project to meet cost, schedule, safety, quality and contractual requirements to the satisfaction of the internal and external customers.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

· Experience with design and construction of large capital projects
