• Possess a minimum of associate/bachelor's education in any field.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

- Present and promote the products to potential customers.

- Conduct assessments of consumer creditworthiness during sales surveys.

- Cultivate strong relationships with dealers to facilitate credit application processes.

Ability to build effective relationships with employees and management to achieve the delivery of high quality and effective professional services.

Role Specific Knowledge And Experience

Has the ability to work independently and manage workload against project deadlines.

Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Good administrative experience with the ability to interpret and follow organisational policy and practices.

Work Experience in both public, in a multi-cultural non-profit organisations/Local Foundation (Yayasan) and private sector organisations or in international context. (Desirable)

Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in Finance and Administration.

Hold a diploma or bachelor degree in Finance/Business Administration or related/relevant field.

Experience working with teams (internal) and also external partners

Computer skills (word, spreadsheet, power point, etc.) and web/internet literacy

Comprehensive secretarial, administrative, financial administration and bookkeeping support to the Program Division.

Essential KSAs Required (experience, Skills, Education, Certification, Etc.)

5 years’ experience in event planning and management

Bachelor’s degree in business management, development, or related fields.

Travel, Event and Transport Management

Experience working in inter-cultural teams and environments.

Ability to manage work on time in a tight schedule.

Required skill(s): negotiation skills, selling skills, presentation, and Customer Account Management.

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

Minimum has one year of working experience in a related field

Have passion for the education industry

Membuat, mengelola, dan mengadministrasikan data secara rapi, efektif, dan efisien

Memasukkan data ke dalam sistem

Membuat laporan hasil pemeriksaan & laboratorium

Menyusun dan membuat berbagai kebutuhan dokumen yang diperlukan
