Overview:
A Reservations Executive is responsible for managing the reservations process for a hotel, resort, or other hospitality business. They are responsible for ensuring that guests have a pleasant and satisfactory experience when making their reservations. They must be knowledgeable about the hotel's services and amenities, and be able to answer any questions that guests may have. They must also be able to handle any complaints or issues that may arise during the reservation process.How To Become an Reservations Executive:
