Hi, we are hiring!


Synergy Pro, 'One Stop Business Solution Company' is hiring for a Sales and Reservations Executive for placement at our client Villa, a private villa resort located in Seminyak, Bali, with the following requirements:


  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position
  • Prior experience working with SiteMinder (channel manager) or similar
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelors degree or equivalent in Hotel Management or related field
  • Able to build a rapport with colleagues and management staff
  • Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills both written/verbal
  • Show a professional and friendly manner on the telephone and face-to-face contact with guests
  • Strong at OTA and Offline Agent, Reservation knowledge, Upselling service knowledge
  • Able to work calm and effective under pressure
  • Must possess ability to coordinate multiple tasks
  • Obtain upselling and sales skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
