Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented reservation agent to assist our back office team to manage daily hotel reservations tasks. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making guest stay suggestions, and confirming bookings.


To be successful as a Reservation Administrator you must be able to work with minimal supervision, excellent written english and proficient customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to up-sell and have comprehensive knowledge of special offers available to our guests.


Reservation Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Helping plan their stay in Ubud with tours, activities and relevant other bookings.
  • Checking the availability of accommodation and other activities on the customers’ desired travel dates.
  • Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
  • Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options, answering any queries they have via email or phone.
  • Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
  • Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.


Reservation Administrator Requirements:

  • Customer-service experience.
  • Bachelor degree education level.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
  • Experience working in hospitality or travel industry, preferably at a 5 star hotel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, and be a valuable team member.
