• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a law office or other professional office setting
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
• Knowledge of filing systems
What is Receptionist Office Experience?
• Previous experience in a law office or other professional office setting
• Previous experience working with customers
What is Receptionist Office Responsibilities?
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
