Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist at the grand daha seminyak located in Kerobokan Kaja. The Front Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, therefore, the Receptionist must be friendly, courteous, and professional. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, answering phone calls, emails, and messages, performing administrative tasks, and managing reservations.
Qualifications
- Customer Service skills and the ability to handle guests’ issues promptly
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Previous experience in Receptionist Duties, or Front Office Management
A candidate who also possesses the following additional skills and qualifications would be beneficial:
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience in the hotel industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
