We are pleased to announce an opening for the position ofLogistic and Operation Officerbased inBelawan/Panjang/Semarang.

Key Responsibilities:

•Create and update vessel schedule.

•Create Pemberitahuan Keagenan Kapal Asing (PKKA).

•Check terminal and vessel cost settlement.

•Communicate with vessel for berthing and document request.

•Communicate with Principal, Terminal, and Depot.

•Visit depot on weekly base for coordination, container and seal management, and post repair survey.

•Manage container repositioning in and out of the assigned port.

•Monitor intermodal and value-added service order.

•Provide regular report.

Requirement:

•Diploma/Bachelor degree in Maritime ( ANT III / Port & Shipping Management (Ketatalaksanaan) / Sea Transportation).

•1-2 years working experience and have knowledge in shipping business.

•Willing to be placed in one of the city (Semarang/Belawan/Panjang)

•Required Skills:

oStrong Communicationin English (spoken and written)

oAccurate, fast learner, discipline, and hard working.

oGood initiative and able to work in the team.
