Logistic Supervisor Jobs

Compile inventory reports using manual or electronic inventory systems, noting the amount, kind, and cost of the supplies, machinery, or stock on hand.

To refill materials, equipment, or supplies, create requisition requests.

Watch over the stock level and make any necessary adjustments.

Keep an eye on production, delivery schedules, and transportation expenses.

Keep thorough, organized records of all modifications and stock requests received from both internal and external sources.

Maintain internal record-keeping processes, whether they are manual or electronic.

Fix the inventory and delivery problems.

Work with freight forwarders, couriers, and other carriers to coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for the transportation of goods, including transfers between ANBO/consignment facilities.

Manage export shipments by scheduling shipments with a freight forwarder, creating the necessary paperwork, and filing the necessary paperwork.

Working with our internal partners, clients, and suppliers, manage import shipments.

Provide rate estimates for both current and upcoming shipments in response to client queries.

Respond promptly and effectively to consumer concerns and take steps to stop them from happening again.

Maintain punctual performance with the production and logistics teams.

Whenever assistance is needed, enter purchase orders.

Follow all rules, laws, directives, and ISO specifications.

When necessary, fill in the gaps, physically receive, and ship out parts with the help of the warehouse team.

Job Requirement:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or supply chain management would be advantageous but is not necessary.
• Having knowledge of logistics and distribution, or coming from an administrative background with an interest in logistics strong organizational and data entry skills; Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency
• The ability to speak English fluently is a requirement.
