Corn Drying Warehouse Supervisor

General Overview
The Corn Drying Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all daily operations of the corn drying processing facilities and corn warehouse, from drying to storing and ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.
This role will report directly to the Regional Operations Manager.
Roles and responsibilities

• Monitoring day-to-day operations of the corn drying facility.
• Develop processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
• Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
• Commit to drying safety procedures

Requirements

• Willing to be placed in Sragen
• Computer literacy
• Be knowledgable with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise
• Proven leadership experience
• Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes
• Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources)
• Proven work experience as a Production Lead in a feed mill or corn or other commodities processing for at least 2 years
