Continuous Improvement Supervisor Jobs

s :

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve continuous improvement processes and ensuring training programs align with business needs
• Assessing the effectiveness of learning initiatives and determining the level of knowledge and skills acquired
• Managing administrations and documents related to Continuous Improvement activities
• Applying lean manufacturing, PDCA, Six Sigma tools and methodology throughout the manufacturing facility and processes.
• Conducting training needs analysis for technical training
• Identifying efficiency opportunities and driving for improvement process with operational excellence within the organization
• Planning, facilitating, and executing continuous improvement events using PDCA & Kaizen tools
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees across all levels of the organization

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge in Quality Improvement methodologies such as PDCA, Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen
• Willing to be placed in Cilegon Factory
• Good English proficiency, both written and speaking
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
