Melaksanakan kegiatan layanan transaksi keuangan digital sebagai fungsi CS & Teller;

Responsible for delivering a high-quality data entry process for loan applications and document uploads into the system

Coordinate with various individuals such as surveyors, credit analysts, branch managers, and marketing teams to support operations

At least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university with an excellent GPA, preferably in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, with advanced knowledge of functions such as PIVOT and VLOOKUP

Demonstrated experience in managing large data sets

Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate process recommendations in operational areas

•Visit depot on weekly base for coordination, container and seal management, and post repair survey.

•Diploma/Bachelor degree in Maritime ( ANT III / Port & Shipping Management (Ketatalaksanaan) / Sea Transportation).

•1-2 years working experience and have knowledge in shipping business.

•Manage container repositioning in and out of the assigned port.

Handle administrative needs for the Rental Sales Operation Department

Monitoring approval data from Division Heads and Directors

Minimum Diploma preferred bachelor degree graduates majoring in accounting, management, finance.

Preferred to have experience in the same field especially on billing invoice

Make a billing plan based on the DSO and set collection targets

Responsible for completing invoice billing according to the target set

Monitor invoices that have been sent to customers to ensure timely payment

Monitor the status of targeted billing data so that no bill is missed

Coordinating with external vendors on a regular basis, related to maintenance, security and facilities management.

Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve our customer experience.

Leading team meetings in collaboration with our Veterinary Branch Manager, ensuring relevant information sharing at all times.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hospitality focused role

Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail

Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer-service skills

Knowledge of Retail Banking operations.

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsible for providing support for operations activities in the Branch Channel segment

Day-to-day focus is on resolution of complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes

May have indirect oversight over a small team of individual contributors
