BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a new veterinary company on a mission to revolutionise the pet care industry in Indonesia and beyond.We are now seeking an experienced and customer-focused Operations Manager to oversee and manage our brand-new full-scale animal hospital in south Jakarta.

To excel in this role, you must be an extremely detailed-oriented person, with proven hospitality and personal management experience.Our ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILIITIES

Working in collaboration with our Veterinary Branch Manager and regional leadership, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve our customer experience.
• Maintaining a 360° view of the practice and leading your branch team in ensuring that all facilities and brand standards are continually being met.
• Upholding a culture of health, safety, compliance, collaboration, and inclusivity within the branch.
• Coordinating with external vendors on a regular basis, related to maintenance, security and facilities management.
• Taking ownership of and handling complaints and situations with both customers and team members, to ensure successful resolution.
• Managing, developing, and leading a high-performing team in providing exceptional hospitality and customer service levels to our pawrents.
• Leading team meetings in collaboration with our Veterinary Branch Manager, ensuring relevant information sharing at all times.

Requirements:

• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in a related course, although not essential
• English proficiency is essential
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hospitality focused role
• Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer-service skills
