Minimum of 1 year of experience in tutoring, education, or educational program management.

Develop and implement professional development plans to enhance tutor skills and knowledge.

Train, and onboard new tutors, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide effective educational support.

Provide ongoing training and workshops for tutors to enhance their teaching techniques and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Diploma, Degree or Masters (full time) from any reputable Institutes preferably in Industrial, Quality or Production Management (Textile & Apparel)

Create and manage action plans directly with quality department for all pending and NC areas

1.Set up local Organizational Chart, define the processes and identify the head counts according to workers skills

Minimum 12 years relevant experience with minimum of 8 years of manufacturing Quality Leadership Roles

Previous onsite manufacturing experience highly preferred

Oversees all Quality functions of our manufacturing unit in Semarang

Minimum of 5 years experience in quality management function.

Bachelor Degree in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering or relevant Engineering

Knowledgeable in quality auditing and ISO 9001:2015

Experience in successful implementation of quality system and continuous improvement initiatives will be an added advantage.

Proficient and skillful to using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint (Intermediate level)

Proficient in spoken and written English

Certification in quality management system (ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar standard).

Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.

Develop, implement, and maintain a quality management system according to ISO or other standards.

Identify areas for improvement in the quality management system and implement corrective actions.

Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality management principles and practices.

Actively participate in quality and management meetings to review and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality system.

Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and communicate findings to management

3+ year in quality management in food manufacturing

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for food safety and quality

Work with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

5+ years experience in n quality control in the food manufacturing industry ( meat process, frozen foods are most preferable)

3+ years in managerial positions
