1-2 years experience working as Project Administration

Strong Analytical and problem solving skills

Minimum 7 years of relevant project accounting & finance working experience, at least 4 years

Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, ACCA or equivalent, with professional qualification such as CPA is preferred

Support The Project Financing Arrangement With Financial Institutions

Prepare And Provide Accurate Monthly Stand-alone And Consolidated Financial Reports

Reconcile Daily, Monthly, And Yearly Transactions

Create journal entries for daily transaction in a timely and accurate manner

Perform account and bank reconciliation

Assist in providing financial data requested by authorized parties

Working Hours : Monday - Saturday / 9 am - 5 pm

Have bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other relevant education.

Fosters good relationships with internal finance team and external parties (i.e.: bank, payment gateway, financial institutions)

Willing to execute administrative tasks and other routine activities in Finance team

Executes billing admin, tax admin, accounting admin, and budget admin

Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, excellent English, record keeping. Attention to detail, knowledge about financial statements and taxation

Assess reports for accuracy and completeness with full knowledge of accounting standards and regulations

Process Accounts Payable transactions on a daily basis

Issue invoices and receipts while coordinating with clients

Keep track of inventory inflow and outflow.

Contacting the suppliers, institutions, or other parties which are related to the company's business

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial excel functions)

Review the impact of new regulatory requirements (liaise with Regulatory Reporting team) and assess the impact to system information and accounting

Knowledge in digital banking industry will be an advantage

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal, written

Loan and funding Effective Interest Rate (EIR) module control

Fast learner and ability to adapt

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree. Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent

Applicants must be willing to work Offline in Jakarta Pusat

Willing to work on a project basis for 3-4 months
