Responsibilities

▪ Finance

Responsible of Account Receivable (AR), Account Payable (AP) , Cash Management

Be in Charge of preparing vouchers (bank in-out, cash in-out, journal vouchers)

To manage cash inflows and cash outflows efficiently that maximize cash availability to cover company activities Prepare monthly / periodic cash flow projections

Control the budget , especially revenue and cost

Coordinate with other departments in planning annual budget

Study and analyze finance activites with current currency to achieve the efficiency in the company

▪ Accounting

Bein charge of preparing journals and financial statements

Manage day-to-day accounting process/activities with relevant statutory and accounting laws & principal

To ensure accurate, complete and up to date accounting records are maintained and to ensure both internal and external financial reports, return and statements are based on those records

Responsible to manage monthly closing activities

Collect and maintain the schedule of all balance sheet accounts

Prepare financial report and ensure all financial information reported is strictly in line with the accounting records Responsible for the reporting timeliness of the management and statutory accounts

Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

Responsible for all intercompany activities in accordance with the accounting policies and local regulation Coordinate and complete all annual audit in the company

Ensuring accounting activties are following the accouting standards in Indonesia

▪ TAX

Handle taxation works (prepare the tax list, create the ID Billing , execute the tax payment and report to the tax office by Online)

Ensure that the company complies fully with withholding , Vat, income Tax, and Corporate Tax

Verify and responsible to control monthly tax report to be aligned with the corporate tax planning and make sure all accounts related with tax in ledger reconcile with tax report

Responsible for tax audit

Monitor all tax submission has synchronize with tax regulation in Indonesia

▪ HR & General Affairs

Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions

Record keeping of office assets (e.g. workstation labels , desktop/laptop labels, etc)

Assist with preparing reimbursement , voucher and other claim of Director's claim

Review and Responsible for Payroll and Income Tax Calculation

Responsible for BPJS manpower and BPJS Health

Monitor administration & warehouse activity ▪ Prepare LKPM Report Monitor legal activities & administrations to comply with Indonesia Law

Qualifications

▪ Minimum S1 Graduate in Accounting from a reputable university

▪ Verbal and written English communication skills

▪ Have minimum 8 years of experience in similar position

▪ Applicant must be willing to work in Cakung Jakarta Timur

▪ Fully understand the principles of accounting and finance , as well as taxation

▪ Have good computer skill (MS Office)

▪ Brevet A&B certification

▪ Have good analytical skill, Goal oriented , have good communication and interpersonal relation skills

▪ Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines

▪ Having sense of managing skills and has experience in working with team

▪ Ability to deal effectively with people in problem and/or sensitive situations

▪ Able to work independently with minimum coachingand have initiative
