Responsibilities

1. Performing financial journal postings for the company until they are available and executed properly within the given target.
2. Conducting examination and verification of completeness of documents related to financial transactions, ensuring they are executed properly, and storing complete transaction documents from banks.
3. Performing financial data reconciliation and adjustments effectively.
4. Building and maintaining effective and harmonious working relationships with all relevant parties and the work environment.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience.
3. Understanding of basic accounting principles.
4. Familiarity with Accurate system, taxation, and e-faktur.
5. Familiarity with e-invoicing, e-bupot (electronic submission of tax returns), online tax office (DJP online), etc.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and Google Documents.
