Oversee program registration and attendee management, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Familiarity with program management principles and methodologies is a plus.

Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, technical setup, and other event requirements.

Manage program communication, including drafting invitations, correspondence,and promotional materials.

Min. 1-2 years of proven experience as a program coordinator, program assistant, or similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

● Manage and maintain all FH policies and procedures in the Program Department.

Networking and (Private and Public) Resource Development Strategy

● Development and provide ideas, concepts, and Indonesia/Asia context.

Have a good communication skill

Have an experience in creating events

Acquiring new partner for program

Maintaining good relationship with existing partners while also developing strategies to increase company's revenue

Creating, planning, and executing monthly and yearly programs and events

Identifying, planning, and executing B2B partnership opportunities with other parties

Interpret fragrance requirements and perform accurate fragrance evaluation for concerned category

- 7+ years of fragrance evaluation experiences in FMCG industry. Additional business development and/or

- Presentation and MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Bachelor’s degree; Advanced graduate degree in progress (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.)

Melakukan tindak lanjut terhadap hasil dari kegiatan yang dilakukan tim pelaksana

Melakukan pelaporan hasil tindak lanjut kegiatan kepada koordinator program

Mengikuti seluruh rangkaian pertemuan koordinasi PPK dengan tim pelaksana.

Menyesuaikan timeline luaran sesuai dengan catatan hasil review PPK dalam Berita Acara.
