Ensure proper maintenance of NDT equipment and maintain equipment certification records

ASNT, PCN, or CSWIP Level II Qualification

Be occupationally Qualified to internationally recognized schemes to determine competency (i.e., PCN, CSWIP, ASNT, etc.) requirements

Examine welds/materials by Radiography (RT), Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), and Dye Penetrant (PT) based on code and contractual specifications

Determine conformity/non-conformity flaws and report accurately

Be capable of executing the examination by approved NDT procedures and internationally recognized codes/specs

Experience of identifying client and business opportunities, including cold calling.

Experience of preparing and submitting bids and tenders to meet client proposals

Excellent IT skills including MS Office and CRM Systems such as Salesforce

Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles

In depth understanding of sales and marketing principles, especially strategic CRM

6+ years of experience in Oil and gas construction projects  

Maintain the register of equipment, tools, and test devices including consumables materials to support the smooth running during project pre-commissioning/commissioning execution.

Responsible for equipment, tool, and spares utilization and allocation for the pre-commissioning/commissioning activities on the project.

Liaise with the procurement and commissioning engineering team for identification and procurement of all material and equipment for pre-commissioning 

Preferably ex-PTMI who have been involved in FAT of SPS and SURF

- Support Sales Manager in execution of marketing campaigns, leads generation and management

Reports to Material QC Supervisor/Engineer for any material deficiencies not in compliance with the requirements.

Min. 5+ years of experiences

Inspects structural and piping materials to ensure compliance to a material standard and customer specifications.

Inspects vendor equipment’s for offshore platform.

Organizes a joint inspection team with the customer and production engineer for offshore equipment packages.

Performs PMI for all exotic materials for fabrication offshore structures.

Develop workplace facilities list management

Concentrate management planning for high risk facilities

Develop and managing equipment tools inspection as requirement

Staying up-to-date on industry codes, standards, and regulations and applying this knowledge to inspection activities.

5+ years of work experience in Inspection Engineer at Petrochemical /chemical Industry or refinary

Proficient knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
