What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law, preferably in Corporate or Business Law from a reputable university.

• Fresh graduate are welcome.

• Ability to multi–task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required

Active in organizations in-campus or off-campus, and have great project management skills

Majoring in Psychology / Human Capital Management major or equivalent

1-2 year of experience in People Development, HRBP, Engagement & Culture

Collaborative and have great interpersonal communications skills

Tracking and driving measures of success in employee retention and engagement programs

Partnering with the leaders to support annual and quarterly employee programs.

Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior management.

Develop and implement performance management systems that promote employee engagement and provide opportunities for professional growth and development.

Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field

Lead culture experience initiatives that build a strong sense of belonging and alignment with the company values.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization, including managers, employees, and external partners.

Manage communication channels, such as the company internal website, to ensure employees have access to relevant information and resources.
