Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of five years of related work experience

Collaborating with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate payroll data and financial reporting.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as a payroll officer or in a similar payroll processing role.

Strong knowledge of payroll principles, practices, and regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Mempersiapkan dan mengelola pelaporan pajak bulanan dan tahunan, PPH21

Pastikan semua pertanyaan penggajian ditangani secara tepat waktu dan profesional.

Pastikan otorisasi yang tepat atas lembar lembur, lembar waktu, pembayaran gaji, dan perubahan pada data gaji

Pastikan ada kerahasiaan penggajian dan informasi karyawan setiap saat.

Tetap up to date dengan perubahan legislatif penggajian.

Pastikan kepatuhan dengan kewajiban pajak gaji.

• Run manual and SAP payrolls for all staff, including getting management approvals by deadlines.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in an HR Role, including administration of payroll using SAP.

• Knowledge of SAP HCM and other software applications

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel

• Good knowledge of UAE labor laws

• Calculate the final settlements and end-of-service payments based on UAE labor laws.
