About The Production Manager (Alcohol) Role

Minimum 4 years of experience in the industrial or assembly product manufacturing managerial role

Manage production costs and technical efficiency of the plant

Good data interpretation, analytical skill, sharp, and energetic

Strong interpersonal and communication skill

Monday - Friday 08.30 - 16.30

At least have 5 years experiences in same position in manufacturing company.

Able to manage all production resources to achieve QCD targets.

Strong analytical and organizational skill, plus excellent problem-solving ability.

We are looking for the position of Production Manager :

Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring on Mechanical / Industrial engineering or equivalent.

Ability to do continuous improvements.

Possess technical and managerial knowledge in leading process development team.

Have skills and knowledge in assessing, setting up and maintaining production infrastructure in good order.

Able to think outside of the box, and to provide profitability proposal to the Senior Management for business growth.

Minimum 10 years of experience in seaweed extraction or related industries

Have technical knowledge of agronomic inputs required for seaweed production / processing

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skill within the organisation.
