At least 10 year(s) of working experience as an HR generalist, with 5 years in a managerial position
Expertise in HR strategic area (organization & people development, talent management, performance management, assessment) and labor law
Build the talent pool to manage the hiring cycle and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates
Have experience to handle various unit businesses and massive employees
