Bachelor’s degree in animal husbandry, Bio-management or similar major

1-2 years of hands-on experience in the field of livestock, have experience in multiple livestock commodities

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with farmers and internal stakeholders

Problem solving skills when faced with new challenges in terms of data collecting and recommendations based on data insights

Collaborate with our contract farming operator partner to define livestock planning and targets, ensuring alignment with Indico's objectives

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver training programs for farmers, promoting the adoption of farming techniques and sustainable practices

Proven employment histories in pallet management, pallet control and pallet recovery are preferred.

Proven time management ability. Ability to meet deadlines and efficiently allocate time for different reconciliation tasks.

Initiative, committed and self-motivated with ability to manage functional responsibilities.

Ensure pallet transfers, pallet hire costs and recoveries are managed and processed in accordance with contract terms and conditions.

Work closely with Warehouse & Transport operations to manage daily pallet activities for multiple sites.

Outstanding skills in policies, procedures and internal audit programs development.

At least a Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university with an excellent GPA (preferably accounting/finance/business administration).

Having experience in lending business of financial institution with a minimum 1 year related with lending operation

Advanced in Microsoft Excell skills, MS Word, Microsoft Office is a must and have administrative and documentation skill function.

Solid oral and written communication skills and able to communicate the process recommendation properly in operational area.

Primarily responsible for the timely and accurate handling of credit or loan files including collateral files.

Maintain the daily targeted numbers of loan files to be stored as well as comitted SLA.

- Bachelor degree in Business Management, Sales, Finance, or any other related field

- Have a working experience in capital markets, investment banking industry and management consulting is a plus

- Enthusiastic, Passionate, Detail, Customer-oriented and have a very good administrative skills,

Create Operational workflow, OKR/KPI, SOP and implement operational excellence in the company, especially on the Operation Division.

Monitor all operational team and empower them to achieve their OKR/KPI

Lead Operations team including Supervisor, Investor relation, Support relation

Responsible and handling overall execution for transactions (Settlements, Treasury Operations, Remittances, RTGS, SKN DHN, Centralized Loans & Deposits)

Able to identify and make root cause analysis on transactional problems

Creating reconciliation reports in accordance with applicable standards/procedures

Designs and analyzes moderately complex loan documentation reports to satisfy management requirements, support/control activities, and the launch of products/services.

Make recommendations to management to support process improvement.

Timely management and escalation of all requests and issues related to loan processing

Resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents.

Demonstrates an excellent knowledge of Bank related systems

Mengidentifikasi serta menangani kejanggalan dan ketidaksesuaian dalam transaksi.

Melakukan eskalasi ke pihak eksternal maupun internal terhadap dispute pada transaksi.
