• Proven experience 2 years in Compensation Benefit Payroll

• Answer questions about compensation benefits, taxes, and insurance deductions

• Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similiar system operations and settings for users

• Aptitude for problem solving and thorought knowledge of HR procedures and policies

• Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical system, when necessary

Having improving employee’s experience and performance management through data analysis

Analyze competitor’s practices and make recommendations to management

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mathematics, Human Resources Management, Business Administration.

Minimum 2 years of experience working in Industrial Engineering
