Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales management, specifically in MICE industry

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team to achieve revenue goals

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of event planning and execution

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
