Min 2 years of working experience in Marketing/Sales

Externally supervise vendors/daily workers in executing merchant branding and POI domination on a regular basis.

At least 2-3 years experience in project and communication management

Engage and manage external activation and collaboration events with stakeholders, including donors, partners, tutors - mentors, changemakers, and other stakeholders

Maintain & develop knowledge repository of programs with a focus on sustainability, communication & monitoring and evaluation

Knowledge and background in non-profit organisations are a plus

Excellent written & verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively by prioritizing tasks.

Planning and developing merchant-centric social media campaigns that align with business needs and OKRs

Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.

Working with stakeholders across several internal teams to ideate, recommend, and implement social media campaigns and amplifications that support business goals.

Preparing weekly and monthly reports on social media for internal business reviews

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field

2+ years of experience in project management, operations, client engagement, or a similar role within a tech company

Strong analytical skills and problem solving essentials

Working with the founders to help close, onboard, and pilot new clients

Managing day-to-day project operations and regular reporting to clients

Conducting project evaluations and process improvements

This will be a fast-paced, result-oriented and high ownership role with direct exposure working with the founders.

Can easily adapt to change, shows flexibility, ability ti do prioritization, organization and time management skills

Preferably majoring in Marketing Management or Business

Manage regional/local insight generation for idea creation, translating into key actionable initiatives to build relevance with local residences

At least 3-4 years of working experience in marketing

Good understanding of local knowledge & demonstrate excellent in Digital Marketing Campaign

Ability to teach related Consumer Engagement knowledge to all CE team

Strong business acumen with proven track record in stakeholder management

Assisting Sales Marketing Merchant Engagement in managing milestones, timeline, as well the stakeholders engagement related to the managed projects

Develop and updating Key Insights and Analysis related to Unmanaged merchants performances

Experienced in managing large business partner such as distributor or outsourcing vendor

Have experience in basic data analytics (query/ SQL)

Maintain relationship with BPO vendor and regularly evaluate their productivity
