Menjalankan kegiatan pengembangan strategi komunikasi dan promosi pemasaran benefit membership Ruang Menyala.

Meningkatkan jumlah member baru komunitas Ruang Menyala dengan menjalankan strategi komunikasi dan promosi secara internal maupun eksternal.

Menjalankan aktivitas member dalam komunitas Ruang Menyala serta menciptakan loyalitas member melalui kegiatan regular dan komunikasi ke unit terkait.

Melakukan kerjasama internal untuk meningkatkan awareness terhadap program Ruang Menyala di internal.

Melakukan kolaborasi dengan pihak ketiga seperti brand, perusahaan dan komunitas untuk meningkatkan awareness tentang literasi keuangan.

Membuat materi komunikasi konten yang efektif dan menarik.

Proven experience in marketing leadership or management roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity.

Manage a marketing team: Lead, mentor, and manage a team to ensure alignment with division goals and objectives.

Professional experience in a Marketing Agency, Consultancy, or in an internal marketing team over 3 years

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas concisely.

Experience in managing and leading teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Good organization, Strong project and financial management experience and planning skills and Good project management skills

Budget Management: Managing the communication budget, allocating resources effectively to various initiatives, and ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Good people skills, Self-motivated, flexible and proactive and experience working cross-culturally

2) Soft Skills and Managerial Skills

Excellent analytical skills combined with a proactive, energetic approach to problem solving

Experience in photography, videography, and graphic design is a plus.

Proven experience 4-8 years in marketing, with a focus on content creation, media management, and event planning, and public relations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

Demonstrated success in leading and managing marketing teams.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content distribution channels

Creative mindset with a keen eye for innovative marketing opportunities

Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product and marketing decisions.

Experience conducting market research and analyzing customer needs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success.
