Job Description

  • Be part of the team that shapes OCademy branding and campaigns through robust past campaign analysis, cross-function analysis on campaign efficiency.
  • Review and analyze all key marketing metrics.
  • Project-based role focusing on driving major B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Drive high-impact projects, in a fast-paced environment, significant online and offline marketing efforts.
  • Identify and work closely with 3rd party agencies to support the plan if needed.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for branding and market growth.
  • Work on ad-hoc marketing projects and assignments with the most efficient execution.


Job Requirement

  • Previous experience in managing a team is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills; strong analytical & logical reasoning skills.
  • Previous experience in EdTech industry is a plus.
  • Driven and motivated.
  • Good team player and capable leader, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent communication capability in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • A good degree from a recognized university.
